ENROLLMENT COMMUNICATIONS AUDIT

Review your undergraduate recruiting communications plan as a whole, by class, or as a select number of pieces. We will offer a detailed report with feedback and recommendations on the language, tone, and content currently used in various emails, letters, postcards, event messages, and other print pieces. We will also provide insights and recommendations around specific best practices – namely who those messages should come from, when and how often they should be sent, as well as effective email subject lines and calls to action. Our main goal will be to help you personalize and differentiate your communications, as well as increase engagement levels between prospective students/parents/families and your admissions staff.

REWRITING EXISTING ENROLLMENT COMMUNICATIONS

Review and provide edits for a select number of enrollment communications – namely emails, letters, postcards, and event messages. Our focus will be on the language, tone, content, and delivery of these messages. Each will receive a single edit, and this does not include email template creation, graphic design, or other design work. We will however offer feedback and recommendations on each of those things. Our main goal will be to help you personalize and differentiate your communications, as well as increase engagement levels between prospective students/parents/families and your admissions staff.

MELT PREVENTION COMMUNICATIONS

Create a stream of personalized, engaging monthly email campaigns for deposited/committed students, as well as their parents/families. Our main goal is to remind both groups why they made such a great decision by reiterating some of your institution’s strongest value points, as well as opening the door for engagement between those students/parents and your admissions staff. We will conduct survey research to help us craft messages that are true to your institutional identity.

JUNIOR OR SOPHOMORE SPECIFIC COMMUNICATIONS

Create a stream of personalized, engaging monthly communications that will introduce high school juniors or sophomores to your institution and some of your strongest value points, as well as the college search process. Our main goals would be to help you increase campus visits and virtual events from this group, and create engagement opportunities between these students and your admissions staff. These messages are typically spread out to cover an entire cycle, and we will conduct survey research to help us craft messages that are true to your institutional identity.

TRANSFER STUDENT COMMUNICATIONS

Create various personalized and engaging communications for prospective transfer students. These messages will highlight some of your institution’s strongest value points for transfers, as well as strengthen relationships between these students and your admissions staff. We will conduct survey research to help us craft messages that are true to your institutional identity.

CAMPUS VISIT EXPERIENCE AUDIT

Consult with key campus stakeholders to create a comprehensive, start-to-follow-up, authentic and personalized visitor experience. We focus on things like the registration process, pre and post event communications, your information session, the tour route, your tour guides, as well as meetings with other campus offices/partners. We will provide a detailed report of our findings, plus recommendations to improve the overall visitor experience moving forward.
