Having seen the added value of bringing TCS to Baldwin Wallace for an on-site admission counselor training session, BW subsequently partnered with them to also assist with efforts to write and edit recruitment materials. Over the course of a year, TCS produced or updated roughly 85 emails and print items. Many of the TCS edits and rewrites brought a counselor voice into the communication items, helping to spur engagement with prospective students. I found the partnership to be incredibly valuable, providing short-term lift as well as enhancing BW’s long-term capacity to improve our external messaging.
